Improve your employment opportunities with a nationally recognised short course.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale and service of alcohol (RSA) under state legislation. • Principles of RSA and harm minimisation
  • Underpinning reasons for and benefits of RSA
