Course Information - RMLVResponsible Management of Licensed VenuesYou cannot be an Approved Manager without completing this course and you must have a current OLGR approved RSA certificate! Overview “Reasonably available” is defined as being immediately contactable via telephone and able to attend the premises. However any venue serving liquor before 10am or past 12 midnight must have an Approved Manager on site during these approved extended trading hours. Venues are required to have a sufficient number of Approved Managers on their staff. Approved Managers will hold a photo id card which is issued after their application is successfully processed. A manager’s approval remains in force for five years. Through the successful completion of the RMLV course Approved Managers will have an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding about their obligations under the Liquor Act. The course extensively covers these 6 key concepts;
